Looking for a friendly house share in Exeter

I am looking for friendly people to house share with in Exeter, I would really like a nice group of people who like to do things together, I don't just want to live in the spare room! I am a teacher moving back to the area and I'm used to living in shared houses. I will be working in Cullompton from September, so somewhere easy to get to the M5 would be good, in the north or east of Exeter would be best. I am clean and tidy and like the outdoors, I especially like to go hiking on the moors.
