Looking for a short term let until July

I am looking for a short term let until end of June/ beginning of July as I will be moving abroad at this point. As this is work dependant, there is a possibility that this may be delayed and could be October, so if the room would still be available until this date that would be fantastic but not a deal breaker.

I do work from home 3 days a week, which I would do from my room. I don't make noise during that as such as I don't get phone calls and have limited meetings - usually just some typing stuff in my room which shouldn't impact you if you are home or also working from home. I am contracting with a Civil Service department.

I am a 35 year old professional who values a clean and tidy place and a good night's sleep :) I am generally quite busy, either at work, gym/ yoga/ pilates, or out and about.
I am looking for a place that feels like a home where I can relax when I am in and have a chat with my flatmate, but I am quite independent and like to respect each other's space and downtime.
