[NO ROOMS] Looking for a one bedroom flat to rent

Hello!

My name is Maddy, I'm a full-time Technical Writer for a cybersecurity firm.

I’m looking for a one bedroom flat to rent for at least 2 years where I can work quietly 3/4 times a week and maintain the property to a high standard.

I have a 4 week notice to give to my landlord, so I'm ready to move in from mid-April onwards.

My workplace is in Waterloo East, so the flat needs to be conveniently located (under 10 minutes walk from an underground/railway station).

The flat must have:

- A living room/open plan kitchen with a freestanding fridge-freezer.

- A separate bedroom.

- Enough space to put a work desk (either in the bedroom or living room).

- One full bathroom (so the W. C. must not be on a separate room).

The property can come furnished or unfurnished.

I'm a nonsmoker, nondrinker, and do not host parties.

I have a perfect rental history with zero late payments and pride myself on being a tidy, respectful occupant. I can provide references, proof of permanent employment, and a deposit.
