Engineering professional seeks a large ensuite

Hi there,

I am James, an engineering professional relocating for work near the Chatham Areospace park.
I want to relocate by the latest 22nd March and I seek an ensuite with following criteria:

1. House is less than 10 miles or less than 30mins from Rochester Airport
2. Ensuite bathroom & toilet not shared by other housemates

3. Room is large enough to include a desk for working (I'll be relocating with my Bekant desk 120cmx80cm)

4. Bedroom doesnt have any other rooms above it
5. Adequate fridge/freezer space. This means either own fridge/freezer or maximum three people sharing one fridge/freezer

6. All bills included in rent especially council tax, internet & utilities
