Room required in or near Sketty

I am looking for somewhere with space to store my work PPE, i. e. a dry shed, garage, utility room, or outdoor space for a small trunk. I ideally want a short-term let with the possibility to extend.

I am a quiet and considerate housemate. I work from home some days each week so I am looking for a house or flat that is quiet during the day. I also need a room with a good internet connection, and a desk or space for a desk.
