Looking for a double room in East/SE London

Hi everyone!

My name is Alexandra. I'm a young queer creative professional looking for a double room in East or SE London, with good links to Central, ideally for a long term. The room can be unfurnished as I'd love to keep some of my own furniture. I'm mostly interested in these areas: Hackney, London Fields, Clapton, Bethnal Green, Mile End, Bow, but will also consider Deptford, Brockley, New Cross, Nunhead, Peckham, Camberwell.

A bit about me: I'm in my mid-twenties, a recent Sound Design graduate, currently looking for a job in the industry. Meanwhile, I work in hospitality and do freelance audio jobs on the side. I'm into art, film, music and gigs. I also enjoy cooking, so a well equipped kitchen will be a plus! I'm fully house-trained - super tidy, never too loud, easy-going, 100% drama free.

I'd love to find a house share that is something more than just a place to sleep - a place with positive vibes and likeminded people. It is important for me that the household is LGBT+ friendly. I'd be super keen to share a flat with other creative individuals and queer folks! I'm down for socialising but also respectful of others' space.

My budget is £500, max £550 per month. My current contract ends on 27th February, so ideally I'd like to move in around that time, but potentially I have some flexibility in case I find my perfect place.

I can provide references and an employment letter if needed.
