Looking to rent with 2 well behaved cats

I'm looking for somewhere I can live with my two cats who are exceptionally well behaved but need some safe access to the outdoors.

I'm a friendly and tolerant person and might use the kitchen for the odd coffee or tea but tend to eat out.

I am only likely to be around the house to see the cats are OK and if working from home which I do a few days a week as I get pretty busy with friends/ gym/ hobbies and am not generally in if I don't need to be.

I would be ideal for someone who works nights as I am quiet working during the day if I am in.

I hope I'll make someone an easy going roommate who they can rely on to care for their home.
