Room Wanted

Hi,

I am moving to St1 or St4 areas and I am looking for somewhere to rent.

I am self employed stock trader who is looking for a quite residence so that I can start on writing a book. I am equally happy to be social able as I am in my own company. I will be opening an office in the st1 area and don't want to be to far for walking distance from that.

If you respond could you make out very clear how much the rent is, what fees and deposits you require and when the place is available.

It will just be myself moving in but i also want it to be a welcoming place for when my girlfriend comes to visit.
