Friendly, tidy and professional 28yr old woman

Hello!

My name is Amelia and I'm looking for a room in the Brixton, Herne Hill, Streatham, Camberwell, Dulwich or Oval areas for the next year or more. I've been living on Coldharbour Lane near Loughborough Junction for a year now and am looking for somewhere a little quieter but still accessible for Brixton and transport links to work.

My ideal flat or house share would have a shared living space and a lovely kitchen for cooking. I love the open spaces of Brockwell Park and Streatham Common and I like art, decent food, yoga, cooking for friends and going out to live music and comedy. I'm really friendly and would love flatmates who I can cook with and spend time chilling out, but also people who know when we want our own space too. I?d prefer to live with women but flexible here too.

Budget wise I can be somewhat flexible so let me know if you are looking for a flatmate but are worried about price! Ideally I need to be near Thameslink or the northern link for access to work but I'm flexible here too. For me, having a relaxing house is more important than transport. I?m looking to move from 31st March but can be flexible for the right place!

I work in social research between Angel and Farringdon in a 9-5 office job which I really enjoy, so I can provide professional references if needed. I also have great references from our agency.
