Looking for a room

Hi my name is Mark, I'm originally from North Wales and I'm 31. I've recently been travelling to Australia and have now moved back up north after spending 3 years living in Devon. I'm currently based at Manchester Airport for work. Manchester is a new city for me to live in so I'd really like a friendly house share to get me settled in. A place close to Manchester City would appeal more to me, however I'm open to looking further out. Currently living back with my parents in North Wales and waiting to get started back in work after the past few months of lockdown. This means I'm currently in no rush to move (but equally I'm flexible to move sooner too), I'd rather find an appropriate place. For me, the people I live with are just as important as the location and quality of furnishings.

I'm very respectful as a Flatmate and have built close friendships when sharing in previous rental accomodation. If we end up living together, you can expect me to be tidy, outgoing and reliable as I'd expect the same in return. I drive and return from work often late so parking is a must for me, even if it is on street.
