Seeking cosy house share in Leeds

I'm Annabelle, 28 and from Yorkshire :) I'm looking for a room in a shared house or apartment in Leeds.

I'm a publishing professional who has spent the past few years working in Belgium. I'm now moving back to the area to start a phd at the Uni of Leeds.

Ideally I'd like to share with one or two friendly housemates who are laidback and enjoy having a chat over dinner or a drink in the evening.
I'd love to be relatively near to the city centre but location is flexible.

I'm looking for a (reasonably!) clean place and non-smoking.
