Looking for room in shared house in South London

I'm a 52 year-old man, working in marketing for a charity and looking for a room in a happy and friendly shared house as a housemate or lodger.

I'm positive-minded, love learning new stuff and enjoy spending time chatting with people who have an informed perspective on life. My health is important to me and I'm very active - cycling, outdoors etc

I'm fully house-trained and used to sharing the housework and looking after the place so happy to share the load. I'm happy in my own company but would like a reasonably social house where people are up for a chat or popping down to the pub.

I'm also learning French so any opportunity to practice, especially with a native speaker, would be great.
