Looking for room in shared house

Boring but nice man who 'gets it' when it comes to house shares because he's been in them for twelve years looking for nice people to live with. Respects rules about noise, cleaning etc; prevents disputes using communication, resolves them using emotional intelligence. Bit absent minded sometimes but basically acceptable. Room in shared house will do, preferably bills all included.
