Double Room wanted

Hi

I am a reliable person looking for a room in decent, clean surroundings in the Westbourne/Southbourne/Boscombe East or Ashley Cross areas.- I am quiet, respectful and value the privacy of others.

A Swiss National I have been living in the UK for the last 20 years up until October 2023 and have settled/resident status. I currently reside in Barcelona/Spain and envisage to return to Bournemouth by beginning/mid April.

I AM IN F/T EMPLOYMENT and work for local Government/DWP Bournemouth as a Work Coach/Case Manager (currently on a work break for my Spain stay).

I am looking for a large room for six months period, perhaps a little longer by mutual agreement and if required. - Ensuite bathroom facilities would be preferable but I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as it is with no more than a couple of people. An outdoor garden/patio area for summer use/reading a book would be greatly appreciated.

The ability to cook and wash clothes is necessary as is fast, reliable fibre broadband. A covered area to safely store an expensive road bike (or to keep a clean bike in the room) would be appreciated.

I look/act younger than my age, am sporty (Road cycling, walks), care about the environment enjoy live music and many other things but also like my privacy on occasions.

Work & Rent References/Deposit available.
