Young guy looking for a room for long term

Hi,
I'm Ben 30 years old and from the County Durham area. I'm looking for a Monday to Friday lodging, if possible being given the opportunity to be able to sometimes pop down on a Sunday night to avoid the dreaded early morning Monday drive down, I will be traveling home every Friday to see my family.
I'll be working on the M1 project as a Civil Engineer and expect to be there for quite some time.

* I'm easy to get on with
* I like a giggle
* up for a pint (Now and then)
* and I'm clean and tidy
* I do like my own space
* I wouldn't like to be tied in to a lodging agreement. I will be on the M1 project for a quite some time but also the nature of my job things can also change.

I'd like to find someone with similar interests as I wouldn't want to feel in the way! In the perfect world I'd like an ensuite but it's not essential. If all of the above sounds good, I'd like to hear back from you.
