Am a South African guy working as a CAD designer/draughtsman in the construction industry.

Looking for a room, preferably in a small town or in the countryside, near Lambourne/Lambourne Woodlands or surrounding area. Inside the area of Swindon, Marlborough, Newbury and Wantage.

Looking for a double room with a reasonable amount of space, desk & chair, preferably with an en-suite.
Need parking space for a car.

Am a friendly, neat & tidy person who enjoys a good chat and generally sociable.
Looking for a friendly, clean environment & nice people/person who have consideration for other housemate/s, where I can feel welcome and comfortable.
If you have small separate apartment (granny flat), that would also be great.
Please let me know if you have something available.

Need to give a months notice at the current residence, but can cut that short if needed.
