Single lady in need of a place to call home.

I am a single lady in need of a place I can call home.
I don't drive so being local or on a bus route is needed.

It would be nice if family / friends were able to visit.

I am extremely loyal and a good confidant / companion.

It goes without saying I tidy up after my self.

I'm a professional who has a background in both education and healthcare, mostly complex care for children with profound disabilities & medical needs, including palliative.
I work providing a holistic and person centered approach for all aspects.

I'm looking for the right share as would like it to be long term. An exchange of a room for assistance (for example an older individual / couple or a family in need of support, would be ideal)

I'm a non smoker and can not live in a home where anyone smokes, even if they don't smoke in the house.

I don't mind pets, though struggle with cats, even if they do like me hahahaha.

A garden would be nice so I could grow things in pots etc. but it isn't essential, just an added bonus.

An ensuite would be preferable. As would a nice sized room, I've acquired a few things over the years lol.
