I am a 2nd year PhD student from Germany, 31 years old and am looking for a double room in a postgraduate/professional flat or house in Nottingham, preferably close to the University Park or in Wilford. I am looking for a bedroom without carpet because of my mildew and dust allergy. I have a budget of ?400 pcm (including all bills) and am looking for a place to stay from August 2019 untilJuly 2020 or longer..... :-)
