Professional is looking to rent

Dear Landlord,

I’m currently looking for a calm and comfortable place to call home.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find a non-smoking house with a maximum of 3 people.

I’m working full-time and I’m in my thirties.

My preferences are:
• A furnished room with a lock and smart tv (I only watch Netflix), bed with stain free mattress, wardrobe, a desk and a chair
• En-suite bathroom
• Fully equipped / set-up kitchen
• Close to public transport access as I don’t drive
• Written contract and protected deposit
• Potential moving-in date is the first week of April

I’m a very relaxed, respectful and tidy person. Peace and quiet are really important to me, so I’m looking for a home rather than a party house.

I value a calm, considerate environment where everyone respects each other’s space.
