Aussie Nurse and Newly Qualified Radiographer

Newly qualified Radiographer after being a registered nurse for 10 years and working frontline COVID in the UK.

Would really like a place easily accessible to the local hospital and town centre. Would really like to meet up with potential housemates and possible rent a whole house together. Who I'm living with is more important than the room at the moment. Looking to make a move to a new city and travel a bit as well. If I'm not in the hospital working on-call or overtime, I'm travelling. Or having relaxing downtime at home prior to another shift.

Quiet and respectful of personal space. Lived with a multitude of people in varying arrangements throughout my time in the UK.

I'm single, not divorced, not just out of a long term relationship, not crazy or creepy. Just finished my second degree and been a student again for last 3 years. Lived, studied, worked and socialised with students for the last few years; like to think I'm young at heart. I clean up after myself and I'm pretty adapt at unclogging vacuum cleaner filters and getting them to work again. I enjoy swimming and I'm a qualified swim teacher.

I get along with a variety of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I like living with people who have different careers, working in different industries with different lifestyles from myself otherwise it becomes comfortable to live in a healthcare bubble. I've learnt different skills and life perspectives from the people I've lived with over the years.

As I've gotten older finding the right accommodation fit has gotten harder, once you get to a certain age peoples' expectations and perceptions of you as a potential housemate in a shared living environment change.

I really try to be open and adaptable in every situation. Feel free to contact me and see if I would be compatible to sharing living space with you. I am also open to teaming up and signing a rental lease with a real estate agent on any advertised property. With a NHS Health contract should meet any financial requirements.
