Professional seeking a calm room

Hi, I'm James.

I'm from the West Midlands and I moved to Nottingham in 2017, working as a civil servant. I've spent the last 3 years living in New Basford, but have decided to find somewhere different as I've found working from home doesn't work for me with such loud housemates. I'm looking for a room in a small house share and ideally I'd like to take up a tenancy in late March.

As a housemate I'm quite chatty but not loud. I'll always choose headphones over speakers for my musical desires for example. I'm really fond of just getting outside as much as possible, and I could waste a serious amount of time just playing with animals of any variety. I'm easy going and whilst I'd like my new housemates to become my new friends, I understand that not everybody is after that so I'm happy to respect your boundaries. I can't dance to save my life so I tend to leave clubbing to other people.
