Room wanted

I’m Joe, 35 and work have a full time Mon-Fri job in Fareham. I’m looking to rent a room in Portsmouth/Southsea near to Commercial Road/Fratton Way (or Gosport, as close to Stoke Road as possible) for about £400-£600pcm.

I love animals so I don’t mind living somewhere that has pets. I don’t like cooking and I don’t watch TV so I don’t spend much time in the kitchen or living room. I just need somewhere to eat, sleep, shower and relax.

I’m early to bed and early rise - I’m a heavy sleeper and I have hearing loss so you wouldn’t need to keep the noise down on my account. Ideally I’m looking to move somewhere within walking distance of a 24hour gym.

I’m an outgoing guy but as a tenant I’ve always been mindful of the fact that I’m living in someone else’s house. So in previous house shares I’ve generally just kept myself to myself. I try to keep out of the way, I don’t have houseguests, I don’t play loud music and I try not to impose.
