Looking for small house share or 1 bed flat

Hi! I'm Josh. I'm looking for a room in a small household (maximum 2 other people) or a one bed flat in Sheffield. Open to both short term and long term contracts.

I currently work and study part time so would prefer to live with other quiet and respectful professionals who have a regular work pattern - my current place is too noisy at night so please pass me by if you're the type to regularly have parties or visitors late into the night!

I'm typically quiet and independent and keep myself to myself but you can expect me to be friendly as well as clean and respectful in shared spaces. It's a bonus if we get along and have shared interests but not essential.
