Professional Female seeks very large double room

Hi, I'm a professional female, 49, looking for a very large double room, South of the river, within 40 minutes commute to the City - but not a tube dependent location, and also within easy (20-25 mins or less) reach of Camberwell, where I have a lot of friends.
I have a double mattress, a large desk, a chest of drawers, two bookshelves, and (2D) art work which I would like to have space for, so some flexibility on furnishings would be appreciated. And ideally there will be lots of extra storage space.
With a strong allergy to pet hair and smoke, I won't choose a household that has either - sorry!
I am available to move from 06/04/2026 and am looking in the price range ?750-?950pcm. I would like to share with considerate males or females - age is a guide, it's more about mindset, contribution, communication.
I am looking for a home more than just a place to stay; somewhere friendly, not a party house and not a place that's museum clean - but somewhere relatively quiet, where a shared meal and glass of wine might be enjoyed of an evening, or friends would be able to come and eat and sing or very occasional overnight/weekend visitors will be welcomed.
