I am a mature professional and live with my adult daughter with her cat and a well behaved part time dog (who stays weekends).
Property must be unfurnished and have a garden.
We are looking to move end of end Nov/ beginning of Dec and are both in full time employment. We are both non smokers and car owners. So parking would be preferable.
We would like to rent for a minimum of 12 months.
