I am a trustworthy, clean and responsible person who is reliable and manages properties well.

Looking for a clean, safe place to live which is not a 'party House' .I love the countryside and seaside so would likely be out and about most of the time but appreciate pressure free living environment.

I am specifically look for a studio flat preferably bills inclusive, ensuite or bedsit.

I am flexible with the location although properties in the middle of nowhere will not suit me at this time as I do not drive at the moment.
