Friendly tenant looking to rent whole property

My origins in Devon

I currently live in the Oxford area but am looking for a quiet place within 40 minutes' cycling distance of central Oxford where I can live alone.

The size of the property is not particularly important, although I'm looking for somewhere where the bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living room. Key for me is quiet and a small garden or patio if possible. If it's a lovely, old Oxford dwelling, all the better!

I'm a tidy, clean, respectful tenant, pay my rent on time, and treat my living spaces with care. My work is 5 days a week with occasional overseas travel. I do not have any pets and do not smoke. I play the piano and accordion and love walking, sailing, running and diving,
