6 month tenancy wanted between Falmouth and Par

We are a 26 year old Cornish couple looking for whole property and do not wish to share. We have a lovely Persian cat called Sienna, who is strictly indoors but wouldn’t mind the odd sniff around a garden (no muddy paw prints 🐾). She is fully trained and does not scratch - we can provide proof of this with previous landlord references!

Month-to-month, it will be largely myself (Zara) who will be living full-time at the property, as the nature of my partner’s (Jack) work means he may often be away. I work from home full-time!

We are wanting a pet-friendly property that is either partially furnished (white goods) or fully furnished. Rural location preferred (WiFi permitting for job reasons), but any location will do! Somewhere to park is a must!

There is some wiggle room with the rent if some rates are included! Initially, we are looking for a six month tenancy with the possibility to extend later down the line!
