Prof female seeks house w/live in landlord

Hi I'm Melissa,
I'm looking for a house share with live-
in landlord (not a HMO) who is open to being sociable during mealtimes and has some similar interests to me.
My evenings consist of going to exercise classes, theatre/cinema or catching up on a tv show. I work Mon-Fri (one day from home). It’s important to me that housemates get on and that the place feels like home to everyone.

I am a very considerate housemate and tend to go to bed at a reasonable hour in the week but I'm not the type to hide away in my room and will happily stay around for a chat. I like communal spaces to be clean/tidy.

I will require a parking space and room to keep a bicycle too. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats/dogs 😔
