Dependable Professional Seeking Long-Term Room
I'm a home owner in England looking to move to the Isle of Man and my plan is to initially rent somewhere reasonably affordable for a few years before I sell my house and buy a property in Isle of Man.
I'm a well educated and mature guy as well as a considerate, quiet, clean and tidy person. I work in IT in the financial sector. Non-smoker.
I've rented out rooms in my own house over the years, so I have good understanding of what makes a good lodger as well as a good landlord. Now the roles are potentially reversing for me and I'm sure I would be an excellent lodger!
With all that out of the way, I do have a small and friendly miniature Poodle Cross dog. He's no problem at all but I realise pets are generally a challenge for landlords. I thought I would ask anyway and see what the universe has in stall for us. In the end, I realise that if I move to IoM, I might have to rehome my dog here in England but it's a bit hard as you might imagine.
