Professional seeks barn conversion, georgian prop

Looking for a 2 bed luxury bit of something special; Barn Conversion, exceptional townhouse, barn conversion, preferably with own access, within its own grounds, detached/linked as part of a larger/mansion type property.
Landlords, PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT LOOKING TO RENT A ROOM IN YOUR HOUSE, or in the eaves unless of course it is an huge annex with its own facilities...it ought to be detached, possibly querky, georgian type with lots of space for peace, quiet and privacy.
I am NOT looking for a flatmate, or to share or to live with or within student type accommodation or share bathroom facilities, rather a more grown, mature set up, ideal for a professional, where space, peace and quiet time is respected.
I am a quiet young lady with a nice character and practical disposition. I am a professional, fastidious about cleanliness, respectful of others and their belongings, and mature enough to take on a property and look after it!!! a professional who likes a calm quiet environment and enjoys rural surroundings with the advantage of good transport links to central London. If I'm being honest would love a Manhattan style type of duty but hey here's to hoping..
Simply put I am the 'perfect tnt'...
No but seriously, I am really looking for a quiet place, in a very safe nice neighbourhood, with easy access to London, Kent and surrounding areas.
The barn conversion/ georgian period property, quirky space, could either be full of character, new or recently refurbished, part or fully furnished, within reasonable distance to shops, public transport (including trains), (if possible), restaurants and usual local amenities. I also have a small car, so parking facilities useful.
...if you can accommodate then let me know.
In addition, I think that when technology is used in the right way it can be a really useful and effective tool; so if you are able and willing to upload and send me a walkthrough video (COVID CONSIDERATION)of the property via what's app or through spareroom then please do so.
I believe a video brings to life what the property is like, far more so than anything you'll write in your ad, and saves a lot of time and expense on viewings.
Btw: I am extremely particular and only interested in places that have been tastefully restored, recently refurbished, new or well looked after, warn and comfotable
i. e for example no grouting issues around the shower cubicle, ..so what I am trying to say is, a property that shows the landlord has looked after his/her investment and equally looking for a tnt that can do the same????
