Seek LGBT Houseshare/ Buddy up

Looking for LGBTQI flatshare from around June maybe May. Definitely need a months notice to give my landlord.

Needs to be a double room ideally, with a shared living room if possible. But not a deal breaker.

Can go up to £1000 pcm but that needs to include Bills pretty much.
I'm looking for north London preferably, Kentish Town, Camden, Archway, Crouch End, Turnpike Lane, Stokey. Hackney, Clapton.
I'm easy going, sociable but consider myself a calm introvert, like to join in with movie nights but also like my own space and respect others with theirs.

I have a cat, who is very calm and chilled. So Ideally will need somewhere that has access to outside space, even if that is a roof terrace. He probably wouldn't do well with other pets. He is old.
He doesn't spray and uses a tray.

Interests include music and guitars, but I 'll be respectful when it comes to plugging it in....

I'm also a vegan, but don't care if you aren't as long as I get a shelf in the fridge. I'm not interested in converting or preaching to anyone.
