Looking to buddy up / one 2 move into current flat

Hi I’m Aaron,

A bit about my current situation….. I currently live in a gorgeous apartment in Redcliffe. Sadly, my current flat mate is moving out to go to Australia when the tenancy ends in September. The flat is probably the nicest place I’ve ever lived (it has two balconies and is over looking the canal).

It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom (means one bath room each) apartment with a car parking space in the middle of Bristol (i don’t have a car so this is currently free and can be used by whoever moves in). Pretty much all the furniture in the apartment is mine so you wouldn’t need to buy anything when moving in.

My flat mate current pays (all in) £1,183.51, which is fairly pricy but considering the quality of the flat and location it’s worth it.

I am not set in stone about staying here but it would be ideal as then I wouldn’t need to consider moving my stuff…. If i was to move it would be somewhere in similar location or towards bedminster / totterdown.

A bit about me…… I work as a solicitor at Knights near Temple Meads. I have lived in Bristol for about 12 years so pretty much a local now!

I’m pretty laid back, enjoy relaxing after work and spending time at sweat box (gym). Enjoy nights out occasionally and more than happy for you to come along. Like to keep the place tidy which would be a necessity.

Like to listen to music (which is one of my fav things in life). Enjoy gaming and most things sport. Mainly work in the office but do have the occasional work from home day (have a pretty decent work from home set up which you would be more than welcome to use).

Looking for someone who is looking to create a home. I am a pretty independent / self sufficient person so happy to do things by myself but also happy to go out and about and show someone Bristol.
