Hi, I am looking for a long term room to rent close to Manchester central (no more than 3 km away). Looking to move in early to mid October2023. Don't mind sharing with live-in or live-out landlord. Expect occasional visit from friends who may stay over. Should have use of kitchen and living room. I will most probably be out of the out most of the time. Budget is max £500 all inclusive.
