Clean, responsive, looking for 2 bed/2 bath

Keen to buddy up.

Ideally looking for an en-suite room in a 2 bed/2 bath new build/modern furnished flat.

Seen a great one in Elephant and Castle, with its own gym, co-working space and other great facilities.

Open to other developments/locations, but keen to use a company rather than a private landlord.

I'm highly respectful of space, like cleanliness and generally socialise outside of the flat. Also very responsive and reliable :)

30 years old, work from home for a tech startup.

I enjoy eating out, going to the gym (far less often than I should), meeting up with friends, exploring London and live music.

Budget is up to £1550/month+ bills. Very flexible but able to move any time from now.
