Looking for a homely place

Hi, Iam 38 y. o professional female
I’m currently looking for a homely place in a nice, quiet area outside of central London. Ideally, I’m after a spacious room with plenty of wardrobe/storage space, as I’ll be moving from a two-bedroom flat in Canary Wharf.

A bit about me — I’m clean, tidy, and easy to live with. I’m friendly but also respectful of personal space. I’m really into fitness, health, and wellness, and I keep an active lifestyle. I don’t smoke or drink, and I travel quite a lot. When I’m not travelling, I work from home, so a calm and comfortable environment is important to me.

I love animals, so I’d be very happy in a home with pets.

In terms of the property, I’d ideally like:
• A place with a garden
• Within 5–10 minutes’ walking distance to a station
• My own bathroom if possible (not essential, but preferred)

I’m available to move from mid-June.
