Virtually self contained annexe or flat wanted

Sadly, may soon be asked to move out after 4 years renting a beautiful prestige annexe to a large rural property which is only due to a change in landlord's circumstances

So, I may be seeking similar, quality accommodation somewhere in the areas listed

Mature, quiet, respectful, non smoking, no pets, single, retired professional person....possibly even the model lodger/tenant in fact

Maybe not the typical lodger profile....I choose to rent after 40 years of property ownership - painting, decorating, mowing lawns, cutting hedges, repairing gutters, dealing with utility companies et al. I also travel a lot and plan to do so again post covid so won't be around for some of the time

I am accustomed to things from the landlord's perspective too... rules, reg's, mutual respect and protocols required living in somebody else's property and in proximity to others who are not family

Not interested in sharing kitchens, lounges or bathrooms so HMO's are out .... what I seek is something representing virtually self contained

I would be hoping for longer term not just a month or two as I am not a move, having lived in only two properties in the past 20 years
