Friendly professional
Hi folks, I'm Dom.
I'm an office manager at the University of Oxford looking for a new place to live in Oxford.
I would like a medium- to long-term share with one or two other flatmates, with easy access either to the city centre or the Churchill Hospital. My budget would extend to ~£1100 pcm all in, but I would ideally be seeking something a little lower. I would also like enough space to be able to bring along my decent quality desk (and possibly a little other furniture).
As there are some decent two-bed properties online, I would be very happy to buddy up with another professional to find a place. Please do not get in touch if you are looking to create a group larger than three, or are renting out an HMO property - I do not want or need to live with five other people, and am not under time pressure to move.
I do enjoy some quiet time, but I’m generally quite sociable and conscientious - I like cooking and sharing meals (particularly pasta dishes), and my hobbies include hiking, foraging, indie game development, and singing in a local community choir. I clean up after myself and generally like to keep things tidy.
I'd like a housemate who also enjoys a mix of spending time together (such the occasional movie night, trip to the pub. or playing Nintendo) but also values their own time and space. Also, I've had great flatmates who aren't LGBT, but I do want to be sure that I'm living with someone gay-friendly.
Give me a buzz if I sound like the kind of housemate you're looking for.
