Professional looking for spacious room near beach

I am a working professional (marine scientist) looking for a spacious double, in a relaxed, modern and friendly household, preferably within walking distance to the beach

I'll be working 9-5 during the week from home, but often away for work for a month at a time.

I'm easy going, love being outside, I kitesurf, SUP etc. climbing, yoga etc. So would be great to find people to go with! I like to chill at home and have quiet evenings as much as I’m happy to socialise. As such, I would prefer to share with people of a similar age and interests.
Just looking for a home I can call mine, with a spacious bedroom and nice living space and garden/patio. But also space for desk to work from home, and storage space for kit, boards, wetsuits to leave outside etc.
I have a car, so also must have some kind of parking available, street is fine.
