I have a lot of crap so a big room is sort of essential. I also work from home so that generates more crap. I love being able to spend time with those I live with (especially a good post work chat and some netlfix watching in the evening) but also like my own space, so someone who appreciates both would be great.
I do enjoy staying fit and healthy but I am also a sucker for a pizza, gin and a film - life is all about balance. Oh yeh, and I really love dogs.
