I'm a Professional Design Engineer, commencing work on a contract in the Preston area.
I will be working away from home (Durham) Mon-Fri each week and so will be looking for a nice QUIET, clean and comfortable room in which to stay during the week.
On a weekly basis I'll be staying 4 nights per week, Monday - Thursday inclusive, then driving home after work on a Friday.
I do like to cycle for recreation/fitness and I may bring my road bike with me in order to get a quick 1 hr blast in after work, so if there was somewhere to store it (Mon-Fri) such as a Garage or Shed that would be great, but if not it's not an issue as I'd just keep it in my car.
