Longterm let wanted (ideally own space)

Hi, we’re a professional couple (34 & 43) looking for a whole flat to rent long-term. We’re both in full-time employment and have stable incomes, and we’re ideally looking for somewhere we can properly settle and treat as our home.

Unfortunately our current place has suddenly been put up for sale so in need of somewhere urgently.

We’re quiet, respectful and house-proud. We keep a clean and well-looked-after space and take pride in where we live. Weekdays are mostly work and relaxed evenings in; weekends are usually low-key cooking, walks, seeing friends, or a cosy night in.

We are not party people, and we value a calm, tidy environment. Rent would always be paid on time happy to provide a reference.
