Looking for a place to call home

Hello, all the lovely people of Clackmannanshire,

I have accepted a job offer in Mackie's Coaches, and I am looking for a warm, clean and quiet living place around their depot in Alloa. It would be great to share a flat with another person or a house with a family, or (ideally) to rent the whole property on my own.

Alternative options would be considered as well, though I am not too keen to live with more than 3 or 4 other people in the same property (my student days are gone, nothing personal, many apologies :-) ).

I am a single 36-years old professional male working in Passenger Transportation Industry. I don't smoke, I don't have any pets, and I don't plan to find a partner any time soon and I won't have any parties with my friends.

At the moment I own two vehicles - a maxi-size scooter and a car. While I could park my car somewhere else, I would like to keep the scooter close to the place I would move in.

I could bring any furniture that would be needed for my bedroom or a living room (just in case if You want to buddy-up and share the unfurnished property with me). I am still using all the items in the current living place, and it would be great to have a chance to keep using them instead of leaving in the storage container to collect dust and damp. I also have most of the appliances that might be needed.

Please, kindly contact me if You need a friendly and tidy housemate / flatmate, who is almost invisible most of the time (only if You ask so), though is always here when You need some company or help :-)
