Postgrad Female seeks a single or double room

I am a recent postgraduate looking for a single or double room. I am originally from Malaysia and have been in the UK for the past 2 years getting my postgraduate degree in drama. I am a voice tutor, performing arts teacher, actor, and fine artist. I also work professionally in corporate and entrepreneurship on a project basis.

I am looking for a nice peaceful neighbourhood, close to nature if possible and easily accessible to the city centre, as I will be working on London and from home. Clean, well-maintained, and easy access to landlord/agent with quick and friendly response times should anything be of concern.

Though I work in the arts, I would prefer a "no drama" household. Friendly, warm, quiet, private.
I practice vocals (singing) and some music in preparation for classes and performances, so a household where music-making is allowed (with minimum disruption to other tenants).

Nice stable base, for possible 1 year lease or more.

Pets ok as long as not loud or disruptive. No young children.

All bills included and amenities provided - use of kitchen, washing facilities, ensuite bathroom (great but not necessary), smoking (don?t mind but pref not), use of garden (not nec), living room (if possible), storage of luggage in loft ?
