Professional 28 yrs old Female looking for a room

I'm Yuma from Japan.
A female aged 28 from looking for a single or double room. En-suite is an ideal if I strongly say.

I'm finishing my study for masters and will be working for IT from beginning of November. Working full-time Mon-Fri.
Working style would be remote for a while (possibly) due to this odd situation, just wanted to let you know if this is a concern for you when we are sharing a flat :)

I am available to move from 31/10/2020 but still negotiable. And have a budget of £550-600pcm-ish depends on a room size and facilities.
Would like to share with males or females ideally between 20 and 35 years old.

I've been living in London for 3 years, 2 years for working and 1 year for studying and I love this city a lot!
Now I'm so looking forward that I'm staying here for a while.

I like to play the guitar (electric) and sometimes I sing-along when I'm in a good mood :)
I hope flatmates are welcome about those kind of noise but I'm usually calm and not really party people...
