Looking for a place to call home in Clapham!

I'm Sarah, 29 and I am currently working in clinical trials for a pharmaceutical company, I am looking to move in early June and am looking to stay in the Clapham/Balham area.

I am looking to downsize from my current 4 bed houseshare to a 2 bed flat. Therefore, I am looking for a friendly, like-minded person of similar age to join an existing 2 bed flat or buddy up to find a place together.

My hobbies include:
- gym/fitness
- a dodgeball league in clapham
- seeing live music
- exploring London and discovering new bars and restaurants

My ideal flatmate would be willing to share some wine and watch a movie or go for a drink/meal out together when they don't have other plans.

I would prefer to live with another female but open to all. I would also like enough space in a bedroom or living area to be able to work from home.
