Australian/British girl seeks a place to call home

Hi all!
I'm currently seeking a room in the SE/SW area (particularly Brixton, Streatham and Dulwich but open to other places) and I'm available to move in anytime, preferably before the end of April.
I'm 31 years old and definitely looking for a place that I can turn into a home and flatmates that are friendly and sociable, but I'm very respectful of the fact that people have their own lives and schedules.
Work wise, I'm in Learning Support for both children and adults. I'm also currently studying but I am well past the whole 'student life' mentality.
Like everyone else, I'm really into gigs, heading to the pub for a few drinks, as well as anything that's creative or art related.
