Great cleaner, easy going and respectful roommate

As per my title, I’m great at cleaning, very tidy, super easy going and respectful and I am looking for a nice room to share with a fellow nice person/people :)
I run a lettings agency covering Southampton and Portsmouth so I’m often at appointments or working from home but can take my work with me, which I tend to do if it’s nice day to the beach or a beer garden, joys of being self- Employed !

I fully respect people like their own time, likewise, especially after a stressful day where Netflix in your own room is all you want to do, but it would be great to gain a friend as well as a house friend to unwind with a glass of wine with on the odd eve, happy to cook too :) !

I also love animals so if you have pets then that’s fine ! and I socially smoke when I drink so if you’re a smoker then no prob either :)
Looking for somewhere ASAP, currently based in southsea and looking to stay as close to here as possible.
