Professional Gardener seeking Double Room

Hello!

My name's Freddy, I'm 33 years old, working with tropicals plants at a garden just outside of London, and I am looking for a quiet and comfortable home in South West London.

I really like to make my house feel like a home, with like-minded people who take care of where they live. I'm generally quite quiet and tidy, keep to myself a lot of the time but definitely enjoy housemate hangs too, like movie nights, cooking together, or just spending time in the garden. My friends have also told me that my brownies and guinness cake are pretty incredible, if that helps. For me, houses should be a sanctuary that we all treat well and respect, while also enjoying each others company.

Little bit more about me: I have a lot of plants, mostly kept in my bedroom, but I am very happy to spread them out in the house if there's space. One of my favourite things to do is explore antique and charity shops, and enjoying a nice little cafe. I like to watch TV and play on my Switch in my free time (I've never not been the target demographic for Pokemon), and play D&D from time to time as well.

I am a lifelong vegetarian, but get along well with not-veggies. Non-smoker, but don't mind those who are so long as it's done considerately.

I'm currently located in Guildford, but hoping to relocate to Wimbledon or thereabouts. Hoping not to pay more than £1,000/month including bills, but will consider more for the right place! I drive to work so parking options are essential, garden area much appreciated (and I can help with the upkeep).
