Game Dev Looking For Room Or Buddy Up

I'm a game developer looking for a large double room or house to share with other professionals.

I spend most of my evenings working on my personal game, gaming, watching tv series/anime, reading manga and making digital art.
When I'm not doing any nerdy stuff I love working out, cooking, fishing or try new restaurants/pubs.
I don't smoke.
I will be working mainly from home in my bedroom, except when I do some morning waiting shifts as second job.

Regarding the accommodation I'm looking for a large double bedroom in a tidy and quite household to share with 1 max 2 other people, ideally not too far from the beach and with a parking space or withing an area where I can apply for a parking permit. It would be great to have a nice kitchen since I spend quite some time cooking. High speed Wi-Fi is a dealbreaker.
The room can be either furnished or unfurnished.
